CURRY WITH STEAMED RICE

500 gm freshly cut chicken was marinated with ginger-garlic paste, with salt, mustard oil and turmeric powder for 20 mints.

Take ginger, garlic, green chilli, tomato and make a paste of all ingredients and keep aside.
Now, take a pan warm it and keep some oil in it. Once the oil gets heated add some spices you want as I have added red chilli, cinnamon, cumin seeds. Spices got heated. Now, I will add some chopped onion on it along with green chilli(I want it spicier), once it will get fry I will add the paste of all spices and saute it for some time. I won't fry it much and will add the chicken on it, and will add some cumin-coriander powder with some salt and turmeric.
Let it cook for 15 minutes and then add freshly chopped coriander leaves in it and your chicken got ready to serve with hot rice and chapati.

     Take some ladies Finger and wash it.Keep it for sometime to dry all water on it.Take a bowl and add all the bhindis...

Take some ladies Finger and wash it.Keep it for sometime to dry all water on it.
Take a bowl and add all the bhindis.Add very little quantity of oil on bhindis and mix well with hand.Now add besan(Gram flour),Rice flour,cumin and coriander powder,red chilli flakes or powder,salt and stir well.
Take a pan add some oil on it,I will prefer shallow fry(You can prefer deep fry too).
Add all the bhindis on pan stir it for once or twice and keep the flame in medium and leave it for 10-15 mints
After that you can see that it has become crispy,take out from pan and serve hot with tea😊.

Easy simple brkfast with any stuffing inside😊
Take wheat flour kneed it well and keep it for sometime.
Stuffing-
Take paneer or potato or you can take onion and tomato also for stuffing.
Cut it as required proportion and fry it with few spices like coriander,cumin powder,salt and turmeric.Take it out from pan and keep aside.
Make small dough of wheat as per you and make small chapati and fill it will the stuffing ingredients and fry it.
You can also cut it into peices and name it as spring roll😊

Taken 250gm besan,250gm wheat flour,chopped baadam,kismis,brown sugar,milk powder,cardamom powder.

Take a kadai heat it properly,add 3 large table spoon ghee 2 large table spoon refined oil.Once it got heated keep the flame in medium and add besan and wheat one by one in it.Stir it continously.Now add 200gm sugar powder in it and stir it.Stir it till it become light brown in colour.
Take a small bowl add 4 large table spoon milk powder,now add a cup of water in it and mix it well.Add this mixture in besan-wheat and add 2 more cup of water and stir it well.you can see oil-ghee is coming out of it,add kismis and badaam in it and take out in a plate and keep for some times and make laddu of it.
You can try it at home and let me know😊

Take some poha soak it properly for few minutes and drain off the water,plz remember that poha need to be soaked much,so that lumbs can be formed.

Then,take some onions and chopped it.Take a kadai,heat it and put some oil in it.Now add a red chilli,some cumin seeds(Jeera),chopped onion,cumin powder and coriander powder in it.Add salt and termeric as per need and stir it well.
You can see lumbs has been formed.Take out it in a plate and add some dry fruits in it and mix it.
Now,make small balls of poha and deep fry in oil,and you dish is ready to serve😊.
