Oeiras Super Sprint Triathlon 2023 🙌🏻 4th place and 1st in my Age group!

My Swim was incredible! The Bike was awesome and my Run was hard, the fastest 3km I’ve ever done though! So it’s a given.

I could only enter the supers print for this race but let me tell you.. the shorter distance is harder!! Because it’s faster!

Feeling so good about my training and I feel so positive about working on my nutrition with .. this is something I’ve never focused on before and even just during this short time of starting, I noticed the difference. Physically and mentally.

Next one… in just a week! 🤣😳

The longest my hair has ever been. Loving the length so so much.. I’m just digging deep having to find the patience for it to thicken up again after a whole year of bad hair loss. May not look like it now but I’ve lost about 50% of the thickness of my hair.

I still don’t know the exact reason as I had a few big changes happen all at the same time.

Two big things were 1) surgery for endometriosis (never mind the hormonal issues, but the anesthesia alone could be a problem) and 2) we immigrated. There’s a whole world of stress that comes with that and apparently the changes in the water can really be a huge factor too! 😏

All will be improving from here on.. won’t be bleaching my hair again for a really long time either, just to give it a good chance.

Have you got any advice on extra things to do other than the obvious, vitamins, collagen, good hair products, not much heat etc? Please let me know below.
