â™Ĩ The mother of the believers, Hafsah RadiyAllahu Anhaa reports that Rasool Allah SalAllahu Alyehe Wasallam used to fast the (first) nine days of Zul Hijjah. [NasÃŖ'ee, Ahmad, Aboo DÃŖwood]

â™Ĩ Abdullah Ibne 'Umar RadiyAllahu Anhu related that Rasool Allah SalAllahu Alyehe Wasallam said, "No days are as weighty with Allah and so liked by Him for good deeds than the first ten days of Zul Hijjah. So on these days increasingly read SubhanAllah, Laa ilaaha ilAllah, Alhamdulillah and Allahu Akbar." [Musnad Ahmad]

â™Ĩ Umm Salamah (May Allah be pleased with her) said: The Messenger of Allah SalAllahu Alyehe Wasallam said, "When anyone of you intends to sacrifice the animal and enter in the month of Zul-Hijjah, he should not get his hair cut or nails pared till he has offered his sacrifice.'' 𝐄𝐱𝐩đĨ𝐨đĢđĸ𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐋đĸ𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐮đĸ𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏đĢ𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐞𝐭'đŦ (𝐒𝐀𝐖) 𝐓đĸđĻ𝐞đĨ𝐞đŦđŦ 𝐖đĸđŦ𝐝𝐨đĻ

The Messenger of AllÃĸh (SAW) was neither very tall, such that he would be clearly noticed, nor was he short. He was not extremely white and neither was he very brown. His hair was neither very curly nor completely straight. AllÃĸh commissioned him towards the end (ra’s) of his fortieth year. He remained in Mecca for ten years and in MadÃŽnah for ten years. AllÃĸh caused him to pass away at the turn of his sixtieth year and there were not to be found [as much as] twenty white hairs on his head and beard.

AbÃģ RajÃĸ’, Qutaybah bin Sa’Îd informed us; from MÃĸlik bin Anas; from RabÎ’ah bin AbÃģ ‘Abdur-RahmÃĸn; that he heard Anas bin MÃĸlik (RA) saying
