Howdy all!

I hope everyone that celebrates had safe and happy holidays - and if you don't, that you've had an awesome time!

It's been very busy few months for me personally, so I apologize for the lack of content and posts! I also had an unfortunate storage issue and lost a lot of my blender files and mod updates. Lesson learned on that one.

That said I'm working on the updates again to the Dry Corn Addon, and some other new placeables, as well as some new video content!

Thank you again for all the support and all that the New Year will bring!

Howdy all! Looking for your opinion on an update to the Dry Corn Addon regarding dryer sounds.

Just a little over 24 hours since release and almost 30k downloads, and 100 ratings with a 4.8 overall!!

Thank you all so much! I'll definitely be working on some updates to expand how to use dried corn beyond just selling, and hopefully another silo option.

A few other things that should be coming in an update:

*Slight decrease to drying speed (might be a tad too fast :) )
*Small yield loss (5-10%) to be a bit more realistic
*Slight increase to fill speed from tanks

Unfortunately both mods have failed - but pretty much only due to German and French translations, and a small store icon issue.

These will be fixed and re-submitted today.

Apologies for the delays! I'm just as excited to get these out to you guys as you are to use them!

Chalk it up to first-time modder/modhub learning curve!

Firstly - thank you so much for the amazing support: I've hit 1,000 subscribers on YouTube (actually 1,022)!

Secondly, since the post I made about my mods, which many of you have seen, there actually was one change I didn't give an update on:

The "Corn Harvest Addon" shown in the previous post is now "Anhydrous Ammonia Addon" (this is a PC only mod as it adds anhydrous and Precision Farming compatibility via scripts). The new modIcon is below.

Howdy All!

Quick update on the Corn Harvest Addon Mod:

1) The console version has failed testing, but for some fairly minor things. I am getting those corrected and will be re-submitting sometime today.

2) The PC version is still in testing, but should fail for the same reasons as the console version.

Part of the feedback notes from Giants included a suggestion that made me re-evaluate the approach I was taking. So, there will be some changes to what was presented in my video and the Preview by The FarmSim Guy:

Instead of essentially duplicated mods, that did basically the same thing, with the exception of the PC version adding anhydrous, I will be submitting two completely differently named mods.

Corn Harvest Addon: Will be a PC-only mod as it will add anhydrous to be compatible with Precision Farming. It will include an anhydrous tank for storage.

Dry Corn Addon: This will be cross-play compatible, and will add propane, a corn dryer, propane storages, and sell point.

The reason for this change was to eliminate confusion I was worried would happen with the two versions, causing some to download both and have duplicated tanks, silo, etc. Also, as I intend to add additional dried corn usages, a name of "Dry Corn Addon" will allow for broader scope without a misleading/inappropriate mod name.

Current average test time is 6 work days - so I am hoping that these mods will be available within the next week or so.
