An inspiring message from Sean Schrader about social impact✨
Sean is a Millennium Fellow and a senior at the University of South Florida (USF) studying business management.
He is a big believer in positive change starting small, and over time expanding into broader change. And this led him to start his own initiative to reduce the use of plastics. He shares his story about how from volunteering to collect trash from sea beach to developing a sustainable tool kit came to be.

About Aaron and the Project:
In this episode we talk with a brilliant Millennium Fellow from Uganda, Aaron Masuba. This Innovator, Entrepreneur, Philanthropist & Climate Activist studies at BRAC University doing EEE in Bangladesh. He is passionate about Innovations and Social Entrepreneurship. Aaron is also a member of BRAC University Electrical and Electronic Club, Robotics Club of BRAC University and BRAC University Entrepreneurship Development Forum. Aaron is currently addressing SDG 13 Climate Action through Project Clivi-Scope. He believes that the infinite small steps that one does every day add value when merged together.
About His Project:
Climate change is increasingly becoming a fatal challenge of our time. We all appreciated the fourth industrial revolution through unimaginable ways of economic growth and a machiavellian modern-day civilization. The recent decades have illustrated a devastating and unpredictable cry on humanity and the paradox of sustainability over profitability is undebated but the co-existence of both is much more important for resilience and effectiveness.
Project Clivi-Scope through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) ascends to ensure the resilience and effectiveness of climate actions for long-run efficiency.
Goals
Effectiveness: Clivi-Scope works to equip and support societies, first responders, community-based organisations, industrialists, government and non-government organizations to quickly suscept negative climatic actions.
Resiliency: Clivi-Scope works to see that climate actions

And apart from her march towards sustainability, this amazing person is also a Black Belt in Karate and plays Bass Guitar!

Summer is from England, studying BSc Geography at University College London (UCL).
She is working with five other #millenniumfellows on a project called ‘Next Chapter’. Focusing on #SDG3: Good Health & Wellbeing and #SDG10: Partnerships for the Goals, the project aims to facilitate the integration of young refugees through interactive language classes and weekly events and workshops.
Alongside that, she also works for Voiz, a social venture that rates the sustainability credentials of products. At Voiz, she conceived and developed the UK’s first junior sustainability analyst programme, which brought SDG training to secondary school students. She and her team guided them on choosing sustainably and teaching companies how to make sustainable design and production choices.
As the Editor-in-Chief for UCL Climate Action Society, she wrote for numerous student journals and has contributed to sustainability in many ways!
