On behalf of the BCA Board of Administration we would like to Congratulate all the contestants who have participated in this 4th BCA International & National online festival.

Particular mention must be made of the 1st Prizewinner in Category H -15 & Under Classical Rachael Xu from China who received an average score from the international jury of 96.29 and once again Category B – Junior Classical- Maria Inês Vieira Ornelas from Portugal who received an average score from the international jury of 96.25
- a truly wonderful results!

Senior Classique - Rostyslav Chvorsyuk from Ukraine
Junior Classique - Maria Inês Vieira Ornelas from Portugal
Senior Variety - Vadim Panteleiciuc from Moldova

The BCA is delighted to announce that following the success of its Anniversary Festival in 2023 - once again we will be hosting a 4th National & International festival online which includes an International Competition for soloists of all ages and Ensembles.
As the official member association of the CMA it is equally delighted that a 74th International CMA 2024 Festival is to be held in Montargis, France in November 2024 as well as the Online version earlier in September.
The BCA will hold the CMA UK National Selections as part of the 4th BCA International Festival.
We look forward to you joining us and thank you for your support.

Our Accordion Friends – thanks to all those who have entered the 2nd BCA National & International Festival – we are aware that some entry problems have been encountered in submission – Whilst submission of Video’s remains for the beginning of May – entries maybe made until 22nd April - all that are received will be acknowledged – thanks for your support.

This year due to the Covid restrictions, the BCA the UK official member association of the CMA proposes to hold qualifications for the CMA Trophée Mondial & International Open Trophy online and full details are here:
With categories from 7-year-old up to adults we sincerely hope there will be a number of UK & Irish accordionists of all ages who take this opportunity to enter and participate in this and then maybe the 71st CMA Trophée Mondial which is also to be held online in September 2021.This is a unique opportunity to participate in a world-renowned International Competition without leaving the comfort of your own home!!
