❤️What would you do differently in life? ❤️

I would have been more actively involved in sports as a child/teenager- it’s unreal the number of activities available now for kids and adults alike - no excuse for not getting exercise !

If it’s motivation you need just go and watch a parkrun and notice how many people in their 70’s take part - a lot of these didn’t start running until later in life and just consistently kept at it.

It doesn’t have to be running just as long as it consistent and pushes you a little bit.

If you need help with your nutrition I can share my go to products that I’ve taken for 8 years and have never looked back. Best thing I ever did.

Its now or never 😊❤️💪

I’ve been side tracked these last few months having gone into temporary full time work …this has meant that I’ve spent less time on my business and my hobbies 😩I also feel like I’ve neglected my health in some ways and I need to re-adjust.

Having a few days away to think about where I’m going in life and how I spend my time is something I’d recommend to anyone who’s currently in a busy full time job.
Just having a bit of mind space and truly deciding what you want to focus on is so powerful!

But day dreaming isn’t going to cut it now it’s time to get back to MY life ❤️
