It makes my heart happy for them to get excited about something that’s actually good for them. 🙌Healthy chocolate chip granola bar recipe:-3 cups oats (I like the sprouted oats)-1 cup puffed brown rice crisps-1/4 cup coconut sugar-1/2 cup nuts-1/4 cup ground flax (grind it yourself)-2 TBL chia seeds-2TBL cocao powder -1/4 cup shredded coconut-1 tsp Celtic sea salt-1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon-1/3 chocolate chips-1/4 cup melted coconut oil-1/3 cup nut butter (we like sun butter)-1/2 cup maple syrup-2 tsp vanillaMix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.Smash down onto cookie sheet. I remembered during the filming of this video that I still had some.🤪🍎 This is the first time I made it using apples. I see a lot of people using their apple scraps to make vinegar. 🫚🍋🧄🧅It's fire cider season! I’ve been wanting to make this for two months now. Better late than never I suppose! 🍊🍋Fire cider recipe: 1 red onion, one head of chopped garlic, 1 3 jalapeños, 2 lemons, 1orange, 1 handful of fresh ginger, 3 large pieces of fresh turmeric, a few sprigs of fresh rosemary, oregano, and thyme. Several whole black peppercorns or cracked, about 1/3 cup of chopped horseradish. Fill up a large jar with raw unfiltered, apple cider vinegar. Let it sit for 30 days. Shake it daily if your heart desires. This tonic was made famous by Rosemary Gladstar. It helps to break up mucus and clear congestion while also helping fight inflammation.It's perfect for cold and flu season!
