Sour cream dessert with berries (sour cream jelly cake). You will need:
Gelatin-5 teaspoons.
Cold boiled water-0.5 liters.
Sour cream-1 liter.
Sugar-half a Cup.
Berries-1-1, 2 liters.
Tip:
For this cake is suitable not only any berries, but also fruits. Blueberries, field strawberries, raspberries, red and black currants put whole, and plums, pears, apples, bananas, peaches cut into small pieces. The more different berries and fruits you put, the tastier and more interesting dessert will turn out.
How to do:
Gelatin put in an enamel bowl, pour cold boiled water and leave for 40-60 minutes.
When the gelatin swells, heat the mass, stirring constantly until the gelatin dissolves. To boil not to bring!
Connect the resulting mass with sour cream and sugar. Stir until smooth.
Add berries and / or fruits, stir to evenly distribute.
Pour the mixture into a silicone mold.
Put in the refrigerator to harden for a few hours.
After 3-4 hours, the dessert is ready. Cake-jelly gently remove from the mold, before serving, cut into pieces.
Tip:
Instead of a silicone mold, you can use an ordinary enamel bowl and then cut the cake into pieces right in it. And you can spread the mixture into glasses, cream bowls or small silicone molds-then you will get a portion dessert, and it will not need to be cut at all.
