Our internet connection was down for the past three days. So I went on to wrap up Castlevania: Circle of the Moon via John GBA Lite Game Boy Advance emulator on my smartphone. Finished the game two days ago. Here are some screenshots of the final scenes of my gameplay.

On to the next console backlog. This time I'll hook up the good ol' to finally take on Castlevania: Lords of Shadow. Funny that I am just about to pIay this first installment of the series since I have already wrapped up the other two, even streamed it a couple of years back on this page before FB Gaming set an expiry on my old stream content.

Anyway, I'll keep everyone posted here if I'm about to go live with this game. For the meantime, I'll start playing it off-stream. ¡Adios!

So, ayun na nga. Nagulat na lang ako, tapos na pala siya.

Plano ko pa naman sana i-livestream yung pagtapos ng game na ito kaso hindi ko natancha yung progress ko. Akala ko medyo malayo pa sa ending, pero heto na nga tayo. 😅

Anyway, this is another backlog that I can cross off. The road to quitting videogames altogether continues. What to play next? Siguro Assassin's Creed Liberation pero baka sa PS Vita ko na lang laruin.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus, DONE. Another backlog crossed off the list.

Trying to beat my remaining games on both consoles and handhelds one by one because I have already been contemplating on quitting the videogame hobby altogether.

When I started having kids, I revived my passion for videogames with the hopes of having it as one of the things that we can share an interest in and bond over on. Turns out, my kids think of this hobby as probably just meh. My eldest prefers to play Roblox more on his phone, except for the occasional Minecraft on his Switch Lite, while my youngest shows no interest in any form of videogames at all.

Furthermore, I set up this page so I can have a repository of all my streamed gameplay. At first, it served its purpose, but along the way, Facebook decided to automatically delete my page's old content as part of their new protocol. After that, I lost interest in livestreaming my games because what's the point? I used to imagine that when I reach 80, I'd sometimes visit the page just to see my younger self enjoying his games, assuming that FB still exists by then. But then again, never say never. I will still drop some livestreams occassionally when I feel like it.

So, only time will tell if I'll still feel the same way about quitting the hobby down the line. For the meantime, I'll keep everyone posted here if anything comes up.
