Hi beautiful souls just wanted to remind everyone again that there are two new segments I’m starting up on the Cora shenanigans. Mintues of positivity and That Raw S**t !!!. When i was the real Cora podcast i had two segments they were called girl talk and motivational Mondays. I created those segments because i wanted to give y’all some motivation and i wanted girls to come on and just vibe with eachother but also talk about real life things. They were definitely successful but i changed my podcast name so i had to change everything. I hope y’all love these segments part 1 to both will be out soon

You're never fully dressed without a smile. ‼️‼️‼️

Before i leave the house i always make sure to bring my smile with me. We all have our moments where smiling isn't what we want to do. But smiling is contagious. When you smile other people smile, you brighten another persons day by smiling. I fall in love with my smile each time i see it in the mirror, fall in love with your smile guys. Smiling makes us attractive, it reduces stress, smiling elevates our moods, it boosts your immune system. It lowers your blood pressure, makes us feel good and makes us look younger.

Hello Autumn 🍂. Fall is officially here. And fall is proof that change is beautiful. My favorite season is here. I love seeing the leaves change color and how they fall on the ground showing us that letting go of the old is not a problem. I’m such an autumn person give me a quiet place with a cozy blanket and a view of gorgeous trees, with colorful leaves on a crisp fall day , some fuzzy socks , a warm drink , a good book. And i will be in all my glory. Let’s enjoy this season.
