Congratulations to the cast and crew of Bishop's Cove on a well received NY premiere at Shockagogo Film Fest! So cool to hear Dahl Haus' “Silhouettes & Alibis” play over the credit sequence at Film Noir Cinema (haven’t been there since the old shop on Bedford Ave). Thank you again to the staff for putting together such an unforgettable experience and letting us be a part of your amazing community for a 3rd year! What an incredible opening night at the 8th annual Brooklyn Horror Film Festival! We loved "Kill Your Lover" from the powerhouse duo Switchblade Cinema. A loud and often colorful ride that is just as funny as it is intense. Lead actors Paige Gilmour and Shane Quigley Murphy are quite a pair to watch. What an absolute blast we had last night at Tribeca's and Brooklyn Horror Film Festival's partner screening of Re-Animator on 35mm at Nitehawk Cinema - Williamsburg! And no better treat to follow it than a Q&A featuring fellow Long Islander and horror queen Barbara Crampton alongside the great Joe Lynch. Check out their love letter to Stuart Gordon "Suitable Flesh" playing TONIGHT at AMC East 6 at 9:30PM and Friday at Angelika Film Center at 9:30PM. The first five minutes are delightful -- we experienced it firsthand 💉

Day 5 of Brooklyn Horror Film Festival in the books! We had an incredible time last night at Nitehawk Cinema - Williamsburg for the US premiere of "When I Consume You." A deeply intimate character driven story from Perry Blackshear with a grounded realism and bone chilling premise. This is a movie not to be missed with some truly captivating performances (here we are with one of the stars MacLeod Andrews). We'll be diving deeper into our review on our episode that recaps the festival, so stay tuned! 🎥

This year's Phoenix Fearcon starts this Friday, 10/15!
This is an amazing event run by equally as amazing people from our horror community, as well as hosted by our friend and horror historian Jay Michaels. Established in 2006, they're Arizona's largest independent horror event and will be both in-person and remote this year.
Special guests include Troma's Lloyd Kaufman, Phantasm star Reggie Bannister and cult film star Bill Oberst, Jr.
