Mordi Fest 2023 Get ready for two days of non-stop music, gourmet food, regionally made wine and Melbourne craft beer

Our Mayor Hadi Saab - City of Kingston gives his highlights from this week’s Council meeting.
1. We are set to launch the Kingston Sustainable Business Awards, with the inaugural event to be held in October.
2. Council has endorsed the draft Walking and Cycling Plan, which will now go out for community consultation.
3. As part of a comprehensive review of signage across Kingston, we will also soon be seeking feedback from the community on our draft Wayfinding Strategy.

We're so excited for this weekend! 🌴
To encourage support of our local traders this weekend, we encourage walking, cycling or using public transport to get to Mordi Fest. You can access the taxi/ride share zone at the Mordialloc Train Station, a short walk from the festival. Traffic controllers will also be onsite to manage the congestion in the area surrounding the event.
To allow the festival to take place there will also be some limitations to accessing the Reserves, Pier and car parks:
Friday 3 March - Monday 6 March
➡ Centre Way car park will be closed
➡ Pier Road car park will be closed
Now up to Tuesday 7 March
➡ Pier Access along the Mordialloc Creek is closed. The Pier can be accessed via an alternate route along Beach road towards the other end of Peter Scullin
Now up to Wednesday 8 March
➡ Peter Scullin Reserve including the playground will be closed
➡ Hazel Pierce Reserve will be closed
➡ Centre Way car park will be partially closed
