Scarlet Rot is on of the weakness of Starscourge Radahn

Starscourge Radahn is a massive and destructive creature located in Caelid. Defeating this Boss is mandatory for at least one ending of the game and to complete certain NPC questlines. However he does not necessarily have to be defeated to finish the game.

Defeating this boss will have these results, possibly leading to missed content if NPCs/Quests/Other are not dealt with beforehand:
-Enia will become available in Roundtable Hold, if this is the first Great Rune holder that the Tarnished has defeated.
-Nokron, Eternal City will become available.
-Ranni the Witch will return to Ranni's Rise, if she was not there before.

Elden Ring - 670K Runes - White-Faced Varres Quest & Fight Mohg in Mohgwyn Palace

Earn a lot of runes just a single boss Mohg, the Lord of Blood.

How to complete White-Faced Varres quest in Elden Ring – all locations and tasks
Speak to White-Faced Varre to get a gift from him in the form of five Festering Bloody Fingers. These can be used to invade other players at least three times. You do not need to be successful in slaying the other player. Speak with him again at the Rose Church, and he will ask you to join his order.
I travelling from Foot of the Four Belfries Site of Grace and show you the way to The Four Belfries Site of Grace. Take Imbued Sword Key inside chest and use to open the portal and teleport to Chapel of Anticipation.
Slay Grafted Scion and find the way to get Lord of Blood's Favor.
Return to Varre and speak with him. He will reward you with a reusable Blood Finger and a Pureblood Knight’s Medal if you exhaust his dialogue options. This will allow you to fight Mohg, the Lord of Blood boss.

How to reach Mohgwyn Palace (secret area) / Mausoleum Dynasty Midpoint
Use Pureblood Knight's Medal to teleport to Mohgwyn Dynasty Mausoleum.
Then go to Mohg, the Lord of Blood boss and fight with him once in order to open the beginning scene of this boss.
After that you revive and try this trick to jump by skip triggering the boss to make a move.
This jump need to use the animation of using items in order to get the sprint jump.
Don't forget to use Gold-Pickled Fowl Foot and equip Gold Scarab to boost your runes.
