Words to describe her: Bold, Cutting-edge, Practical, Down-to-Earth, Humorous, Caring, Philanthropic, Loving.

Why she is Black History: Pastor Tameaka is fulfilling her life’s mission of “teaching people how to be better engaged with God so their lives are improved and purpose fulfilled.” With her Broadcast “Awaken in the Word,” she is utilizing the major social media platforms to deliver God’s message of goodness and living a purposed-filled life every Monday, Wednesday and Friday Morning. Additionally, through her annual retreats and conferences, Pastor Tameaka teaches participants and registrants the importance of having a powerful prayer life and being comfortable with effectively communicating with God. She is paving the way for young women in ministry by raising the bar of excellence and continuously placing cracks in the spiritual glass ceiling.

Formerly The LeaderStyle Lifestyle Movement, H.E.R.Lead Network, Inc. still remains a nonprofit organization in Northeast Ohio. As of July 1, 2020, we have changed our name, mission and focus. Due to the ever changing time we live in, it’s imperative that we are able to keep up with the changes, remain a relevant organization, and be prepared to service the needs of women and young girls who desire to become leaders.
