There are many examples in the history of the world where the country was ruined when the generals blindly obeyed orders that were not good for the people. But the most prominent were Fascist Japan and N**i Germany. The generals believed that Hitler's actions would ruin Germany, but Germany was ruined by a minority of those who obeyed orders. In Fascist Japan, which was disobedient, the country was devastated by the rise of uncontrolled militants.
Obedience is considered to be the most important part of a military duty. However, it is very important for the military to blindly obey the order given without judging it. In other words, assuming innocence in doing the above is a serious breach of military service and endangering society as a whole. The Nuremberg tribunal has ruled that killing civilians is a war crime and is part of international law.
Defendants have argued in a Tokyo military tribunal that no action can be taken against anyone who acts or obeys the government. However, the nearly 2,000-page verdict states that local civilians and soldiers were tortured and killed by the Japanese military. Among the six generals hanged at the Tokyo tribunal was General Hetaro Kimura, who served as commander-in-chief of Burma's military. International law does not allow obedient people to be treated like war zones. The Nuremberg and Tokyo military tribunals have proved both the commander and the subordinate guilty when the military leadership abused the practice of military obedience.
