I spent a good amount of time thinking about what happened yesterday in KC (and what continues to happen in the USA) and, after much consideration, decided I'd share my thoughts in this video (risky business, I know).
There are lots of conversations we should continue having regarding where to go from here (many of which I did not cover in the video), however, it seems to me that if we don't start actually addressing the root causes of the many issues we face in our communities, we will continue to get worse outcomes.
I certainly want a world with better outcomes for my children. I trust you do too.
We may agree or disagree on how we get there and that's okay.
The best ideas produce the best outcomes in the end and time will tell which ones were the good ones.
In the interim, we are all selling or being sold ideas.
These are some of the ideas I think are worth selling again in America.
Love to you all and I hope we can, truly, begin coming together to address the root cause of those things which plague us most.
