Please tell me all you know about people living under surveillance- the secrets and hidden facts and lucid perspectives. Tell me if you’ve ever been part of a community response to individuals who use drugs. We’re told about their intervention program and told to keep it secret? Binding you legally to a hush order, with threat of jail time? If anyone has a clue, and I only have a few small clues that I know what’s going on, but I need confirmation and a reality check. I’m only asking because I have a friend who’s going thru it and I don’t know anything about drug surveillance. I am asking for his sake. Not me.
