In our newsletter today we are talking about clarity… Clarity is the ability to see things clearly. It’s also the ability to understand how to take the next step in front of you. Many people will look at the Keep It Indie Membership and write it off because of the price. They decide that $30-$60/month is simply too expensive. To that I say, isn’t uncertainty more expensive? If you could skip years of frustration from not knowing the strategies that will help you grow your brand and fanbase… wouldn’t you? If you could save all of the money it would take to hire a team to execute these exact same strategies by learning how to do it yourself…. wouldn’t you? The biggest complaint I hear from artists is “I feel like I’m in this alone”. I also hear things like: “I don’t even know where to start” “I don’t know how to get people to listen to my music.” “I want to make this a career but I’ve been doing this for (x) years and still don’t make a consistent income on music alone.” Look, I get it, the music industry is HARD. It feels like you have to juggle a thousand things to stay on top of your game and, inevitably, something will fall through the cracks. On top of that, while trying to run a business as an artist you find yourself losing time to do the thing you love most… make music. That’s not how it should be.
