Not long ago everyone was predicting an SVG domination of the Supercar series. We have now had 4 different winners in last 4 races ... but it is still a brave person to bet against Red Bull Racing and Van Gisbergen.

The 2021 National Capital Rally showcased the best rallying, and was the 1st Round of the 2021 Australian Rally Championship. Congratulations to the competitors and organisers who put on a great show.

Watching the Grass (Roots) Grow.
Wonderful to see the opening of the track extension at Circuit Mark Webber in Canberra this week by Canberra Kart Racing Club. Even better that the driver it is named after was there to cut the ribbon! There is so much negative talk of sport being in decline and the world is a mess. I call BS on that. Grass roots car clubs and their communities can thrive with the right leadership and hard work. This page will showcase the great events and achievements in our world of performance cars.

What a difference 25 years makes. Signature on the right was by an ambitious young Formula Ford driver, and on the left same driver after a WEC World Championship, a few Monaco F1 wins and countless thousands of autographs later.

What does it take to win the Adelaide 500? After 22 years there have been 12 different winners. All of them have either won the Bathurst 1000 (x3) or the Championship (x3) or BOTH (x6). Kinda feel sorry for the rest of the field who think they have a chance :-)
