I've been working on illustrations for my new notebook set and stickers. I hope to launch them before July, but I am taking it slow right now, because I need some time to just relax and enjoy the summer after working and studying full time for the past nine months. 🏖

By the way, do you love peonies as much as I do? 😍

My summer vacation is finally here! ☀️

I have my last exam this evening, but I have already made my list of things, that I want to get done this summer. What are your goals for the summer? 🌿

These aren't all goals, per se, but I didn't like the sound of to-do list for the summer, because these aren't typical chores, but things that I am genuinely excited to get done while I have the time. For example doing home renovation projects, working in my garden, learning new skills and creating new notebooks and stickers. ✨

I use my digital pink birds notebook (available in my shop, link in bio) as my bullet journal on iPad with GoodNotes app. I made these little illustrations for this spread in Procreate app. For pen on paper feel, while drawing and writing, I use the Paperlike screen protector. 🌷

This is a time-lapse of my beige birds digital notebook cover illustration (available in my shop, link in bio). After this weekend I will have finished all my work and university stuff and can start creating my peonies illustrations, notebooks and stickers. I can't wait! 🌸

Mid-week view of my current weekly spread in my digital bullet journal. This will be the last super busy week for me. 🌷

I have a few last things I have to do at work this week, before my long summer vacation starts, but most of my energy will be dedicated to finishing all my essays and studying for last exams in university. I really can't wait to get all those things done, so I can start creating new notebooks and stickers. I really hope I will manage to launch a new set of notebooks and some freebies before the end of June. 🌸

Besides creating new stuff for the shop, I really want to take some Skillshare courses this summer. I would love to get better at my hand-writing, photography and drawing skills. So if you know any good Skillshare classes on those subjects, let me know in the comments. 💐

Hello June! What are you excited for this month? 🌸

I am excited for my long summer vacation, that starts in the middle of the month. I am looking forward to biking and hiking in the nature, long and warm nights with friends and enjoying as much sun as possible. I am also excited, that I will have more time to draw and create new planners, notebooks and stickers, so keep your eye out for new products launching throughout the summer. ☀️

Make yourself a vibrant and healthy smoothie this weekend! 🍹

I was feeling a bit bored an uninspired drinking the same old banana and frozen berries smoothie, so I decided to make a spread with some upgraded smoothie recipes in my bullet journal. 🍎

It was such a great project - I found some seriously delicious new smoothie recipes and had tons of fun drawing the illustrations. In fact, I enjoyed drawing these fruits and berries so much, that in the end, I decided to make a sticker pack out of them. They are available in my shop (link in bio). 🍓

What is your native language? 🇬🇧🇪🇸🇩🇪🇫🇷

English is not my first language, but most of the pretty stickers and templates are in English. So I decided to create some products in other languages as well. If your first language is not included, let me know and I will look into making these in more languages. ✍

This is a little sneak peek of mini calendars and planner essentials that will soon be available in my shop. They will be usable as digital stickers and elements but also ready for printing. I have created mini calendars that can be reused every year in English, Spanish, German and French. The calendars start both with Mondays and Sundays. I have also made stickers of months, days, numbers and essential planning words in 8 different fonts. I think I will also add different color options. 📆

Some of this content will also be available as freebies so keep an eye out for that. 👀

Have you tried GoodNotes new tool "Elements"? What unique ways have you found to use this new feature? 🦋

I was testing the new tool and realised, that I can now make my custom bullet journal spreads into templates in a breeze. So I decided to make a template out of one of my Aprils weekly spreads and use it as this weeks spread also. This tool will definitely speed up my bullet journaling process. ⚡

How many female artists can you name? 👩‍🎨

Another entry in my Museum (Arts & Culture) diary. This time I visited a virtual exhibition about one of the very firsts professional female Baltic German artists, Julie Hagen-Schwarz. I think it is important to learn and appreciate female artists who despite everything have made it in the artworld. If you are interested in the topic of female artists, or more specifically, the lack of big and famous artists, I recommend reading Linda Nochlin's essay ""Why Have There Been No Great Women Artists?". 🌸

I use my Blue Birds 14 tab digital notebook as my museum diary on iPad with Apple pencil and GoodNotes app. I also used my spring birds themed sticker book for decorating. 📘

This month in my digital bullet journal. 🌾

Although it was snowing while I was making this months spread, I am positive the month of May will bring lots of sunny days, picnics with friends and lots of blossoming flowers. 🌷

I am using a 14 tab digital notebook available at my shop (-25% discount until May 9th) as a fully customizable and adaptable bullet journal. 14 tabs is enough to have a tab dedicated to this year and individual tab for university plus a tab for each month of the year. I use Goodnotes5, Procreate and Paperlike screen protector to have a digital journaling experience that feels like journaling on a physical notebook. 📓

Researching for new notebook collection design. 👀

All my projects start with a Pinterest board. I've been using Pinterest to find inspiration and references since I can remember. Do you also use Pinterest to find ideas and inspiration? 📌

My creative process for both art and design projects looks something like this. First I have an idea in my mind, that I roughly sketch out just for myself. Then I go to Pinterest and start pinning everything that sparks my initial ideas vibe - it could be anything. When planning for a design, I feel more comfortable starting with a color scheme, but with art projects I usually start sketching first and think about color later. 🤷‍♀️

For anyone, who is interested in some color theory, I recommend reading Josef Albers "Interaction of color". 🎨

New week, new weekly spread. Are you ready for the last week of April? 🌷

I've been feeling a little overwhelmed and anxious lately so this week I decided to take my own spin on The Eisenhower Method. I started with a to-do list "dump", where I wrote down all tasks, that came to my mind. This already made me feel a lot better. After that I created dedicated sticky notes for tasks that are both important and urgent and individual sticky notes for urgent tasks and important tasks. I omitted the fourth section that the original method uses for tasks that aren't important nor urgent. I can now clearly and easily prioritize my time and energy between different responsibilities I have in my life. 📝
