Season 2 Episode 1 ✨ Health and Wellness with Samantha Waagenaar 👟
Samantha has a passion for movement, meditation and yoga. She loves travelling, hiking and anything adventurous. She’s been in the wellness industry for 16 years and has worked as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer, nutrition coach, yoga and meditation teacher and recently achieved hours in Ayurveda Yoga. She now works for an online company called Strength Counselling Services as their Fitness & Nutrition Consultant. We also discuss the foundations of C.O.R.E (Consider, Observe, Respond and Equanimity) a method Samantha come up with in regards to exercise but also how it works with all areas of mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.
