Good morning folks who don’t vote. Laws are being either reversed or implemented to affect your voting rights. Behind the scenes is an attack on the rights of people of color and Democrat’ ability to even vote. This 50 year plan of attack guarded by right wing corrupt SCOTUS to seize power for Republicans is an ongoing process. While you have been ignoring Washington antics and not applying you votes they have been making moves in courts to reverse the Voting Rights Act from within. You are not paying attention to the slow walking destruction of your freedoms and democracy as we know it. Research the court hearings and law suits. Register to vote for every election til the end of your days. These folks have a large enough base that wants to live under an oligarchiak system. With Trump as the head guy. They only picked him because the base is drawn to him. They are the ones running things. He’s not doing a lot of rallies because he’s CONFIDENT that the right wing architects are going to suppress enough votes for him to win or SCOTUS will turn this over to him. That’s why he’s out there telling folks he doesn’t need their votes. We have to vote in numbers they can’t argue with in court. Go register. Take your family and friends. 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

Dress in layers: Be prepared for sudden changes in temperature by dressing in layers that can be easily added or removed.
Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated, especially during temperature swings.
Boost your immune system: Incorporate immune-boosting foods like fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins into your diet to help your body fight off illness.
Wash your hands frequently: Practice good hand hygiene by washing your hands often with soap and water, especially before eating or touching your face.
Get plenty of rest: Make sure to prioritize sleep and aim for at least 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night to support your immune system.
Stay active: Regular exercise can help strengthen your immune system and improve overall health, so try to stay active even when the weather is unpredictable.
Manage stress: High levels of stress can weaken your immune system, so find healthy ways to manage stress such as meditation, yoga, or spending time with loved ones.

Hey everyone! Spring is finally here, which means it's time to get outside and enjoy the fresh air. If you're over 50 and looking for some healthy activities to try this season, here are a few ideas:

Go for a walk or hike in nature. Not only is it great exercise, but being surrounded by nature can reduce stress and improve mental health.
Try a new fitness class, such as yoga or Pilates. These low-impact activities are perfect for older adults looking to improve flexibility and balance.
