17 year old Vincent Truitt was shot in the back by Cobb County police. His death has been ruled a homicide. Attorneys for the family say he was a passenger in a car that was being pursued. Police say Truitt brandished a weapon. The attorneys say they've seen the police video and Vincent did not have a weapon.
