Ebrumede DPO CSP Iwok and his policemen are turning this police work to KIDNAPPING things because they will arrest someone for CMR document or other small offense and they will switch off the person and compel him to agree a setting amount and if the person accept the said amount they will now bring the person phone and put it take the person to the one of those POS operator there at front of the police station to withdraw the money and threaten the person not to tell anyone.

Last week they collected 200k from one boy which they use this the same tactics on the boy, as am talking to you now, they boy is afraid to come out just because of CMR document SP Bright EDAFE who is the PPRO delta state police have advise car owner to get but the Ebrumede DPO CSP Iwok and his policemen using it to extort huge amount from people in Warri.
