Tomorrow marks 12 years since you passed Doc. There's not a Christmas since that has ever felt quite the same... to all those who have family serving the community or the country this Christmas, I pray for the safe return of your loved ones. To everyone else, please remember that it's the people in your life, not the presents, that are your true blessing. Please say a prayer for the family of "Doc" Joe Altmann. KIA December 25, 2011.

If you are anything like me you can find this time of year completely draining. A good friend of mine shared this with me yesterday, and it really hit home. If you find yourself spread thin this holiday season take a pause and seek first the Kingdom. you will be amazed at what that will do for your spirit.
