Happy New Year! One of my goals or mantras for 2022 came from a word that stuck in my head which was MORE!

It was put on my heart to do just that on all of my platforms. Starting with this one, I want to invite you all and whoever you think will benefit from being here. This positive, encouraging safe space.

I have never been able to stick to a New Years Resolution, so what I started doing was incorporating routines around my family and I lifestyle.

Better health is always at the forefront every year. So going into 2022, we will be more intentional about taking our daily vitamins. I started giving your niece Taylor these vitamin C kids vitamins. Because to be honest, there is not enough nutrients in the food alone that we eat.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but as a mom, give yourself permission to release the guilt you have for being too tired, under appreciated, frustrated, uninterested in times, or for wanting a break.

These are all valid emotions parents have. What is not normal is holding on to the standard that you have to be a perfect parent, a always on the go parent, a team no sleep parent, a bank parent. You may be able to do a lot but it is ok if you cannot do it all. Give yourself some grace!
