As a Social Media Manager, it's very important to ask your client, do they have an ideal customer avatar 🙋♀️or a buyer persona 🙋drawn up. You need to know who you're talking to, in order to figure out which platforms you should be on and what types of content you should be posting.
If you're a business owner 👔, buyer persona will give you greater insights into who your customers are and what they are looking for. Once you understand this, you'll have a better idea of how to develop your products or services and how to market them effectively.
To be able to paint 🎨🖌️ a full picture of your buyer persona, you should ask the following:
✨Who are they?
- their general profile like work; their demographic information like age, salary, where they live, gender; their personality.
✨What motivates them?
- their objectives and goals, what your business can do to help them achieve this.
✨What are their pain points?
- the challenges they have, their needs
✨How can you help them? How will you appeal to their needs?
- understand their needs to define the messages you're going to use to reach them.
