Come on out from 4PM-9PM, bring your friends and neighbors, and a lawnchair and a cooler! $10 wristband sold at the front gate will get you in to five bands on four stages! This lineup is terrific, and you won’t be sorry! Food will be sold on the premises, but not alcohol, so bring your coolers from home and your lawn chairs, and come and enjoy a wonderful afternoon of amazing music in a beautiful, historic setting! Plan on making a little trip to Metamora for some amazing music, great food, and all kinds of fun! $10 wristbands sold at the gate get you into five bands on four stages!!!!! Alcohol will not be sold on the premises this year, but outside coolers are welcome! So mark your calendars, and head to Metamora on June 24 for an evening of music and family fun!

Today, the old water wheel in Metamora located behind the grist mill at the Whitewater Canal State Historic Site was removed in preparation for a new water wheel.

The existing wheel is more than 30 years old and is not the original waterwheel for the canal. It weighed 6,500lbs and was removed by a large crane

The new waterwheel is under construction off-site. It will be 14 feet in diameter and made of cypress. The wheel is projected to be installed sometime this spring.
