After long and stressful hours at work and physically demanding training each day, all I ever ask is for God to continue to give me the extra energy to spend some quality time with these two. The only hat that matters to them that I need to wear when I get home is that I am their dad and frankly, they don't care what I've been through. All that matters is I gotta find ways to keep them busy and have fun while growing up. That for me is the most challenging but most rewarding part as a parent.

I hate to be travelling for work on your birthday and not being able to celebrate it with you and God knows how much I feel bad about that. A recent event taking you to the emergency was a great reminder that I want nothing else but to spend my time with you until my last breath. I may be luckier than others to be doing this for work but there's no place I'd rather be than to be in your arms. I'm so grateful to have you and I hope that someday, I can make it up to you. I did some year-end cleaning and may have inadvertently transformed our living room to a "living gym". Not sure how the big boss will feel when she sees this but I'm crossing my fingers. If you see me with bruises later on, that's definitely from training called shadow boxing. 🫣🤐😅

The last phase before the competition called "The Waiting Game" is probably the hardest part for me. Lot of thoughts, doubts, anxiety and what-if's. All we need to do now is fact-check everything that led to this day. We've prepared long enough. The only way to test it is to put yourself through this process. Do your best. Learn regardless of the result. Go back to the gym to adjust and hone your skills then repeat the process. Good luck to all my friends competing today. OSS!

Some say that as you get older, you also get wiser. I can certainly vouch for that. I've been to grand or decent parties but even with a miniscule space and small food on the table, what really matters is the quality time spent with the right people. That to me is what money can't buy. You can either give me the most expensive gift, throw me the most extravagant celebration or have a few laughs and some cold drinks with me, I'll choose the latter all day. Happy Birthday once again to my mom Grace Taruc and bro Stephen Adora! All I ask is that God will continue to keep you both healthy, safe and happy. Since CoVid started back in 2019, I started playing you although I admit that my aim did not really improve much - it is still shaky up to now. I still blew up easy wins and I still pushed on my own without my team and yet, we still got some wins. That's what mattered, right? Not really.

I had so much fun I can tell you that. Well, it's too late for me to use Cronuz, AimBot and Wallhacks now. Come to think about it, I wish I did... lol

For those who keep cheating and hacking, why are you guys playing in the first place? Well, whatever makes you happy, go for it. I really don't care. Never did. All I can say is - you're only fooling yourself!�
Dang! Years fly by so fast and I still remember those countless hours levelling up META guns, late nights streaming and editing videos, and raging moments getting killed by these freakin' campers and "abangers" but I knew one thing was real: I fell in love with you.

An itch so deep, I grinded as hard as I could —�From using an overheating laptop to making me not only one but two custom PCs that I built myself - spending thousands of dollars - only to see myself getting killed in a 1440p, 240 fps. For non-gamers, you may not know what that means but feel free to look it up. LOL.

As a thirty-one-year-old man deeply addicted with you, I never thought this day would come. I thought I'd see myself playing and streaming you for the rest of my life. I even thought about playing you as a full-time job but thanks to my wife, she made me realize I was only kidding myself.

And so, it's time for me to say goodbye.�I'll be focusing on more important things this time. Well, I kinda already did. My gaming friends and GC know, I gave you my heart to get the best K/D I could. I loved you so much that all I wanted to do when I get home was to play and almost forgot I had a family to spend time with.

I played with and against sweats and demons not because I was one but because I wanted to get better every single time and I did. I focused on my skills and everything else besides using META guns.��I swear to God, I did everything and spent a lot of time and money for YOU. Way too much...

I guess that’s what you do when something or someone makes you feel as sane as you’ve made me feel.

You gave a thirty-one-year-old grown-a%* man his victories, only to find out that I did not record those and I didn't have time to edit those vidoes anyway. BUT, I’ll always appreciate you coming to my life. Otherwise, I probably ended up posting lame TikTok videos by now.
�You know I can’t play you obsessively for much longer.
�This is all I have left to give and I'm running out of jokes to tell. Time is not on my side anymore but I wish I will still get a chance to come back someday... that's a big "maybe". That's okay.
�I’m also ready to let you go like the Great Kobe let go of basketball.
�Thank you for all the memories and most of all, the friends I made all over the world: the good and the bad. I still hope to meet some of you in person someday.

I'm very grateful to all who supported me raised a lot of money for folks who needed help. That for me was my biggest victory playing you.
�I have given everything and you gave me back a more expensive electric bill.

And we both know, no matter what I do next�I’ll always be that gamer with the stiff fingers and the wanna-be mentality that I could be Aydan, Biffle or Iceman as well but we both know, that's not gonna happen anytime soon.

Every time I think about what to post today, my brain will just completely freeze and block my thoughts. Perhaps, it's because my emotions are trying to explode while I'm trying my best to stay composed. If Jiu Jitsu keeps me humble, going back to where I came from keeps me appreciative of what I have become, what I accomplished and most of all, who I have.

This is probably the shortest vacation I've had in the Philippines but every single day was spent fully and I could not ask for more. I don't even remember where we went anymore including all the authentic local foods from the North all the way to the South. I came in with signature apparels from head to toe. Hat gone, shades gone, diamond earrings gone, clothes gone, shoes gone but budget achieved. They were not stolen, it's just a tradition everytime you go back to Philippines to give back to your loved ones. My goal was to empty my luggages and fill them up with all kinds of pasalubong (goodies) to bring back. I may have ended up giving away all these material things, I still am the man who I am today and I would not change anything. It was the quality time spent with my family here that mattered to me the most. That, itself, is the most precious gift I could ever ask for.

I was also reminded that I've been too comfortable and got used to convenient, easy and fast things in the US. As I drive by fellow Filipinos who are grinding every single day on the streets just to survive, it brings a lot of sweet and bitter memories growing up here. I, too, came from that situation so I know how it feels. I can't do much for them but every single person I touched, I made sure I gave them my utmost respect and gave back whenever I can.

I can't wait to be back in a few years but this time to explore Visayas with my fam and meet friends.

There are so many things that I've learned here to apply in my new approach in life when I get home personally and professionally. After all, it's about being a better person providing a better life for yourself and loved ones and living life to the fullest.

I will miss all of my loved ones here, families and friends. It's true what they say, "Iba talaga ang Pinoy! (Filipinos are just different!)" and "There's no place like home." Maraming salamat! (Thank you very much!)

Best part of the vacation so far... not to go anywhere, not to do anything but chill.

When I first heard about the typhoon that hit Guam (two weeks before my business trip), I told myself, "I'm f*%cked!". It was too late to cancel my itineraries. I was upset knowing that I put in several months of planning and preparation leading into this. I took a chance anyway...

As soon as I landed Guam, first I noticed was the cellular reception. Most said, it's off and on. Some said, certain areas are dead and gave me that "Good luck" vibe but I never really believed in luck because I'm a guy that likes to make things happen through my actions.

Arriving at night did not help me either. It was noticeably dark. You can see from a far that only certain hotels are open merely ran by generators. Most traffic signal lights are not working and every busy intersection, you'll see a military personnel directing traffic while impatient and wreckless drivers drive by them.

The gyms, pools and beaches are all closed so I have been jogging early in the morning to break a sweat and improve my cardio. While doing this, you'll see downed trees, signage, electrical cables on the side walks and etc. Some houses did not make it. Some hotels and shopping centers were forced to close to clean up and recover. Barely any tourists walking compared to my last trip. Specific areas don't have water and most are panic-buying at gasoline stations.

Then I remember my former boss, the late great Clifford said one thing to us - his team - when one of us asked while he was dragging our butts to get on the road, "How do you expect us to go out when it's raining out there?" He did not think twice to answer with confidence, "That's the best time to go out because you'll catch everyone at the same time in their trailers and offices." Fortunately, it was the same for me.

Been coming to Guam for many years now and if one thing is clear to me - I was not here to get sales on the spot. I always get to reap what I sow in the long run. I was here to establish myself, build a reputation and grow relationships. I'm thankful to my customers because in spite of their busy schedules dealing with work and personal emergencies due to the typhoon, they took the time to meet with me in their devastated but resilient offices. Some buildings were flooded but their welcoming aura did not stop us from seeing each other. Their hospitality is always appreciated. You can tell the people here in Guam are strong and relentless despite getting hit prior back in 2002.

Thank God for a very productive trip. There were a lot of damages here but there were also countless opportunities to rebuild and get better and that's what the best I could offer them - to be there when they needed me the most and provide proactive solutions that will help keep their people more safe and productive in the days to come.

Until then, Hafa Adai and now I know why people say these main three words, "I ❤️ Guam.", everytime they leave here. Just simply grateful. Now, where to?

I'm about to share my loss which I have ample of them. First, I wanna thank God for keeping me and my opponent safe and healthy.
