Rip City Basement provides an easy submission process for active Hip Hop artists in the area, catering to a wide range of demographics. This program bridges the gap between old-school Hip Hop fanatics’ demand to hear technique and the millennials’ electronic obsession.

New Album From Portland’s Own J.O.Y 3 is the third project we’ve seen from Scooter, and although the last two were dope..this one is by far the most sonically pleasing album he’s dropped 🎧 The beats are all refreshingly original and the mixing and mastering overall sounds hella professional.

As far as his flows and bars go..this is everything we expected from Scooter. Nothing but back to back fire bars with strong punchlines. No dull moments throughout the whole album. He’s only gotten stronger behind the mic with every drop, so if you liked the last two..you’ll be pleasantly surprised with the maturity this loud 10 pack J.O.Y. 3 🎶 📻 Go srteam it up!
