ANGELINA VOSKOPOULOU

She is a graduate (BA with Distinction) in Fine Arts and Technology and also has a Masters degree in Digital Arts(university of the Arts London). She was the course leader in Digital Arts at iversity (platform for open massive online courses, Berlin) for the period 2014-2016. More over, she works on her own videos, as well as sculptures made from polyester.She is the Co founder and video artist/director of ‘state of flux’ dance group and member of visual container ITALIAN VIDEOART PLATFORM,Since 2008, the first italian videoart distributor and platform for videoart promotion and special projects . Her video work also has been shown in the international organization for video projections “time is love screenings”, the ‘Shoah Film Collection, artvideo KOELN & A Virtual Memorial Foundation’ , in eye’s walk digital festival, a festival for art in public space as well as in Madatac Contemporary Festival of New Media Arts & Advanced Audio Visual Technologies in Madrid Spain.
On 2009, received an Honorable Mention award from LICC (London Creative awards), (Skin, Video)
On 2010, was one of the Representative artists in European meeting of young artists, of the European network for town twinning, congress hall National Center of scientific research ‘Democritus’, Athens cultural center.
She has shown her work in many art festivals and exhibition spaces worldwide(Greece,Italy,Canada,Sweden,London,USA,Spain,Peru,Argentina,Bulgaria,Morocco,Paris,Hong kong )Her work has been published in womencinemakers magazine , biennale edition, twice , Independent's Women Cinema covers news and events of interest to independent filmmakers, including distribution and grants, reports from the Cannes Film Festival, interviews and a special section dedicated to the future of the film industry.
Her work has been previously published in videofocus magazine, biennale edition,2015
On 2018, received the international Caravaggio Award , Litta Theater,Milan,Italy
0n 2019, received an award prize in video art category fromBibart, Biennale Internazionale d'Arte,Bari,Italy
On 2019, received the third prize international award in small format category from Madrid biennale of contemporary Textile art.,Spain
On 2019, received the International Prize Frida Kahlo ” for video poem ” The heart in our mind” at Filodrammatici Theater ,Milano
On 2019, received an HM award from London international creative competition
On 2020 , award winning, international award, New York city, white space gallery, Chelsea,Art international magazine.
Selected for the Art rooms fair in London and for the Art rooms Fair in Rome.

My work has show at the North Bellarine ( Australia) Film Festival, Film and Video Art program, (2018-19), the The Project Space gallery, Deakin University (Australia) , (2019), "Strategies for + against Architecture !", at the WE OPEN SPACE, Vienna, (Austria), (2019), and Kinoskop - 1st Analog Experimental Festival, at the Art Space, Belgrade, (Serbia), (2019), as well as several programs organized by the Kino Club, in Split, (Croatia) (2019-2020). "Crash," (2019) , was featured on the cable access program, "Here Comes Everybody", ep32-4 (191122) and my recent work includes, "FRAGMENTS OF LIFE", (2020), Co-Editor/Contributor, with Pasquale Palladino, and, "Frame In Reference", (2020), Contributor/ Co-Editor and Co-Producer/ with Angelina Voskopoulou, and Pasquale Palladino, featured on the SALTO- channel 1 program, " The Screening Room", and, Visual Container T.V. .
