Four out of five Americans are being exposed to a little-known chemical found in popular oat-based foods — including Cheerios and Quaker Oats — that is linked to reduced fertility, altered fetal growth and delayed puberty.

The Environmental Working Group published a study in the Journal of Exposure Science & Environmental Epidemiology on Thursday that found a staggering 80% of Americans tested positive for a harmful additive called chlormequat.

The “highly toxic agricultural chemical” is federally allowed to be used on oats and other grains imported to the US, according to the EWG.

General Mills, which makes Cheerios, and PepsiCo, which makes Quaker Oats, didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.

Another particularly concerning data point: After testing for the presence of chlormequat in urine collected from 96 people between 2017 and 2023, the EWG’s tests “found higher levels and more frequent detections of chlormequat in the 2023 samples … which suggests consumer exposure to chlormequat could be on the rise.”

: The shooter at Joel Osteen’s Lakewood Church has been identified as a transgender Bernie Sanders supporter.

Shocker.

The individual was identified as Genesse Moreno who was previously known as Jeffery Escalante.

Moreno, who is clearly unstable, allegedly brought a 5-year old to the shooting who was shot during the incident.

The child is in critical condition.

The gun that was used to carry out the mass shooting allegedly had “free Palestine” on it.|

JUST IN—The “Mystery pneumonia” affecting kids and ripping through China and parts of Europe, is reportedly now in America.

142 child cases of “white lung syndrome” have now been recorded in Warren County, Ohio since August, meaning if true, it’s been here for months.

‪For the sixth year in a row, the Pentagon failed its annual audit.‬
‪The result is not a surprise. The Department of Defense’s assets are vast and decentralized, amounting to $3.8 trillion alongside $4 trillion in liabilities. These are located in all 50 states and more than 4,500 sites around the world.‬

‪Since the Pentagon began auditing itself in 2018 — the last department to do so after Congress required the practice across the government in 1990 — it’s solved some of its easiest accounting problems. Now change each year is more incremental.‬
‪If there’s change at all, that is — last year, auditors only rated seven of the nearly 30 sub-audits as clean. This year too there were seven.‬
‪One other was rated as “qualified,” the next step down in accounting jargon. Three more audits are still ongoing. The remaining 18 were given failing grades.‬
