I've known him for years, and never would have guessed that he had this outlook - it hit home to me, how important it is to talk about our struggles because challenges with mental health are not visible the same way physical injuries are. ❤️‍🩹

5) Wear more of my wardrobe

What's the most unique New Year's Resolution you've ever set? Most people stick to the usual health and fitness goals, or reading goals (guilty!) - but I want to know what other resolutions you may have set 😄
