(My Birthday was 08/04) I tried Costal Fish Company for the first time and had a great experience. The service was spectacular and the Costal 75 was really good. The Sea Bass itself needed some more flavor but the potatoes and sauce were delectable. The OYSTERS and CHEESECAKE made my heart smile with how good they were. Beginning on February 22,2024 I have been using castor oil for multiple different reasons. The main being to take back control of my endometriosis and fibromyalgia. I would wear my castor oil pack for five to six hours a day and also apply it directly into my belly button and allowing it to sit for thirty minutes. Since then I have dropped down to only wearing the pack for one hour a day. Not only has it helped me with water retention and bloating it also made my cycles better AND I can tolerate the heat a little better. I also apply it directly to my cotton pads to help during my monthly. I also use it on my hair to keep it hydrated and make it a little thicker. I am NOT a medical professional so be advised these are MY own personal results 🤎✨.

Life Update: Hey Shea Butter Beauties, Sooo as you know I originally started Naturally Marshea as a blog. It was to talk about and discuss my battle with Endometriosis. I had stopped talking about it as much because my doctor decided it was best I didn’t have cycles at all. So for almost three years I didn’t. I had to start back recently and omg. I am well aware that birth control is just a mask for the symptoms. I began trying a holistic approach but this go round that did not help 🥹.
