INCIDENT: Buy-Bust Operation of QCPD DSOU Personnel Resulted in Armed Encounter against Alleged PDEA Personnel (Agents)
WHEN: At about 5:45PM of February 24, 2021
WHERE: At McDonalds Paking Area, beside EVER Gotesco Mall, along Commonwealth Avenue, Brgy. Batasan Hills, Quezon City
WHO:
DSOU PERSONNEL INVOLVED: Elements of QCPD DSOU Personnel lef by PMAJ SANDIE CAPARROSO and several others (Injured - PLT RONNIE ERENO, PCpl Lauro De Guzman and PCpl Galvin Eric Garado)
ALLEGED PDEA AGENTS INVOLVED: Twenty (20) PDEA Agents (two(2) Agents injured and one(1) civilian companion injured)
RESPONDING OFFICERS: Elements of this station led by PLTCOL ROMULUS R GADAONI with PMAJ FRANCISCO J LUCENA IV, with PLT JOSE L TASARRA JR (SIDMB), PLT KADANO (Duty SDO), PLT KENNY JOHN RAPIZ and several others utilizing police vehicles, all of this station.
INITIAL EVIDENCE AT CRIME SCENE: Assorted Hi-Powered Fi****ms with several badges and identification cards.

HOW/WHY:
On stated TDPO, QCPD DSOU personnel conducted a buy-bust operation with complete coordinations and necessary papers. However, during the buy-bust operation the PNP personnel involved without their knowledge the people they were transacting are PDEA Agents. Allegedly during the comprontations, PDEA agents first engaged to shot towards the PNP personnel leaving no option to fight back against them resulted on series of injuries to both parties.
