EVERYBODY looks okay until you have a deep conversation with them. Then you realise that this is a generation of people struggling to survive through smiling faces and pretty pictures. People are going through a lot in silence. Do not be swift to judge. Mind what you say to people. Show people more love and less hate. Keep reaching out to people in the little way you can. Do not ignore people in their lowest state. A little word of advice, encouragement and support will go a long way. If you cannot be of help, please leave people as they are, do not worsen their situation. God bless us all🙏🙏🙏

Sam David, a Namibian farmer, handed out bunches of spinach worth N$ 3 000 to expectant mothers at the Okongo hospital, Ohangwena region.

David said that selling Spinach for over three months was satisfactory therefore he decided to give back to the community.

“Pregnant women find it hard to find food to eat therefore I urge those that can, to support where they can. Not only at maternity wards but even in our societies,” he added.
