During this episode Astra shares the story of how they got to space, and how they met the Solar Light Beings, Aliens that travel the universe as balls of light. Episode Quote: “I could see them. Their soft amber glowing lights floating by my kitchen window. Calling for me to talk to them, to see them, to accept the idea that they were real. Real enough to reach out and introduce myself too. If I wanted to simply walk out my back door and greet them.”

Note, I initially planned to spend our first episode of this season with a letter from the beings of Proxima Centauri, but I decided to open the season with a story about the Solar Light Beings from Astra’s perspective instead. The story from Proxima Centauri, about listening to the songs of the trees, will be featured in episode 2 of this season.

During this episode Astra shares a letter from Opal about her first meeting with the Altarians, and their visit with the local Bigfoot community. I imagine that many believe that aliens and Bigfoot can’t exist in the same story or life adventure. One belongs to books about fantasy and the other to science fiction. But, in the greater universe, Bigfoot is very much part of the galactic community.
