Long post and it feels good to get it out there .

Not all scars are visible and a lot of people that know me or have worked with me did not even see it.

Last year I was diagnosed with Multiple Traumatic PTSD and Bilateral grade 2 MTSS / Compartment syndrome. This has hit me hard on my physical and mental health. Something I have been dealing with for over 17 years. It finally hit me hard several months ago and I went down a spiral of rollercoaster

I have found it hard to make friends and being able to hold conversations. Being constantly on edge, angry, Irritated, tired, stressed and depressed. Having triggers to loud sounds. Dealing with the stuff from the past and childhood.

Till not long ago I used to secretly spend money to buy stuff I didn’t need to get that instant good feeling.

All the sports I used to like I cannot compete in now due to injuries (Triathlon and Obstacle course races)

I have been on medication now for about a year and a half and part way through my therapy.

I recently found that streaming and gaming have helped me as a coping mechanism for it whilst feeling down. I still find it hard to talk to people face to face but online I’m able to laugh and have fun something which I haven’t done for a long time.

It just goes to show that anyone that sees me doesn’t see the full picture that just because someone looks ok are ok. When they ar not.

9 Days to go

Sorry for the long post it’s taken me a long time to be able to write this

Last year I was diagnosed with Multiple Traumatic PTSD and Bilateral grade 2 MTSS / Compartment syndrome. This has hit me hard on my physical and mental health. Well it’s official I hit my Sub goal of 50 subs so I will be doing a 24hr charity stream for in a nurses outfit with lipstick on. To raise awareness of a close to my heart. Due to being diagnosed with multiple Traumatic PTSD and Biolateral MTSS/ compartment syndrome they are helping me through the process. has helped me find a way of coping with it and since starting I have enjoyed it. As I mentioned before when I hit 50 Subscribers I will set a date to stream for 24hrs for the charity Help for Heroes Official I will stream a mixture of games from and .

To make things more interesting I will also be wearing a Nurses outfit with lipstick for the whole stream.

I am currently still serving in Her Majesty's Forces. My reason for choosing is due to me personally currently dealing with Multiple Traumatic PTSD. H4H are continuing to help me during my PTSD therapy.

I started streaming as I found it was helping me as a coping mechanism it has also allowed me to have fun and laugh which has taken me a long time to do. I also have found it hard to talk to people and make friends but streaming and gaming has enabled me to talk. I want to continue to stream to raise awareness of Mental Health and let people know
