Hospitality establishment receptionists provide first point of contact and assistance to the guests of a hospitality establishment. They are also responsible for taking bookings, processing payments and giving information.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide secretarial functions and handle CEO's personal matter management and administration.
• To prepare confidential correspondence, travel arrangements, reports, minutes of meetings and other complex documents
• Arrange meetings for CEO and ensures booking of rooms and attendees of meetings duly informed.
• To undertake other special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties specified by the management.
• Work closely with the departments to achieve a harmonious working environment, greater operational efficiency and to faciliate effective communication to and from the CEO's desk to meet the Company's objectives.
• Monitoring of deadlines and follow ups with respective teams and heads of department on progress from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Possess at least Private Secretarial Certificate (PSC) or Diploma in Secretarial / Administrartion or equivalent.
• Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
• 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Independent and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Able to maintain confidential at all times.
• Pleasant personality and able to project a professional appearance.
