Pennsylvania judges pay $200 million for abusing their power.

Two judges from the state of Pennsylvania were recently charged to pay up $200 million dollars for being in the hands of powerful, privately owned jails that were designed for children. Both men who must pay up for the damages in the scandal include former Judge Mark Ciavarella and Michael Conahan which both judges were involved in a scheme to allow powerful Juvie prisons to gain as many children detained as possible to get more profit. When does scandal broke across the state of Pennsylvania many condemned the inoculation of the judicial system as it is the corruption of a powerful institution. Additional information that came out of this include putting away children for petty crimes which further enraged the families who had their children taken away for simply being adolescent children who are trying to find their way in the world.

The damage is done by these two judges have certainly taken its toll on detainees but those who are seeking justice have been doing everything in their power to fix the damage done by the greedy judges suede by temptation. The investigation still is finding information of how long this was going on but suggested speculation by investigators conclude that it’s been going on ever since the early 2000s with judges ruling against young people and in favor of powerful prisons that deal with children. Once all the information is discovered only then the true numbers will be revealed of how much money was accepted by the judges and how many people were wrongfully convicted by the system which is supposed to be untouched by corruption.

Adrian Oswaldo crashes into crowd killing one Person and 17 wounded in Pennsylvania.

The incident occurred in a small town in Pennsylvania called Berwick with before the encounter a normal day but things like this don’t last long however, A crowd of people were gathering together in the streets of Berwick for a fundraiser to lend support to the fire station in the area. This fundraiser only brought about a single death and 17 wounded civilians from a enraged man named Adrian Oswaldo Sura Reyes which apparently had a fight with his mother with reasons stated not yet given to the public. Having no remorse for the actions that happened Reyes saw the group of people and pushed on the brakes crashing through the people with only one person who died in their 50s which some people to suggest was only in a fit of rage that still remains unclear why he did what he did.

After causing the chaos in Berwick and still in the mindset of rage did Reyes return the home and beat his mother to death. Police quickly came to the scene entertained Reyes and are currently questioning him for why he did all of those horrible things. Information is still currently being released to the public which will give a better picture of the man which embrace one of the worst actions a person can do to other people. The community of Berwick is currently in shock, but the people of the town give their support to each other from the shared experience which will remain with them for as long as they live.

Police arrests Jeremy Lee Pauley from Philadelphia for attempting to buy human body parts.

A man from Philadelphia named Jeremy Lee Pauley was arrested recently for trying to buy human remains from a woman in Arkansas. The human body parts were originally donated to a university for medical purposes in Arkansas called University of Arkansas Medical Sciences also known as UAMS in which the body parts donated to the university would be used to teach students in the medical profession but unfortunately one of the employees stole the human remains and were trying to sell them online. Jeremy Lee Pauley contacted the employee in question through Facebook so that a transaction could happen between the two. Press conference given by spokeswoman for the organization Leslie Taylor to reporters said that

“ we are very respectful to those who donate their bodies and we are appalled that’s such a thing could happen.”

with Louise Taylor also stating that a investigation will commence to bring things back to normal.

Jeremy Lee Pauley tried to meet up with the woman but police caught up with him and arrested him looking at messages between him and the woman and were mortified to discover that he was going to carry out the purchase. The charge placed on Jeremy include abuse of a co**se with more information coming out as the investigation continues to go on. A possible reason given to investigators for his purchasing of human remains is from a page owned by Pauley which include human disfigurements, body parts and other eccentric interests including the human form with his page being called The Grand Wunderkammer that he ran the page on his Facebook account in his apartment in Philadelphia. Law enforcement got a warrant and broke into his apartment discovering more human body parts and material that relates to the subject as well which Jeremy is currently in prison.

Mehmet Oz candidate ramps up political advertisement against opponent Fetterman.

Since having a stroke and taking a break from the campaign John Fetterman has allowed his opponent Mehmet Oz also known as Dr. Oz to pump out a large amount of advertisement against Fetterman to put his campaign down. Throughout social media platforms the Dr. Oz campaign has released a dozen of advertisement videos saying Federman will rapidly increase taxes on food products and will generally make the living standards too costly for average Pennsylvanian citizens. One such example which is the most recent is Dr. Oz in a grocery store picking up produce and comparing the price of food and saying that this would be horrible if Fetterman was allowed to win which prices would inevitably rise. John Fetterman’s campaign hasn’t been silent however with campaign videos describing Dr. Oz as a “snake oil salesman” and would be a horrible choice for the state of Pennsylvania.

To settle the rising tensions between Dr. Oz and Fetterman when it comes to running for the Pennsylvania Senate Oz has suggested numerous times that a debate would be necessary so that the people of Pennsylvania Pennsylvania can choose. John Fetterman seems to not be on board and has declined the offer for a debate to be held between the two and uses everything that he can to put down Dr. Oz’s possibility of winning Pennsylvania.

Recent bill allows Independents to run in Pennsylvania primaries.

Historically people who wanted to run for office had to vote through both the Democratic and Republican parties with third parties being suppressed by both two parties making it a strict binary between both Democrat and Republican parties, Independents who don’t follow the strict binary ideologically would be called centrist in which they have their own thoughts. In the Pennsylvania legislature Independents are now able to run in state primaries in the state of Pennsylvania. The bill received support by both parties in which moderates in both parties voted on the bill to allow for more moderation as both Democrat and Republican parties have become more ideologically extreme in their beliefs. Voters in Pennsylvania live in a swing state which can go either way between democrat and republican and with this information in mind voters as well advocate for open elections allowing more diversity of opinion which is more evidence of bipartisan support for more voices to be heard in the democratic process. Not everyone however is on board with allowing Independents to run for public office as some lawmakers in the Pennsylvania Senate say that this could lead to problems which can hurt Pennsylvania which would be unfair for everyone living in the state.

It remains unclear come November if the new system will be implemented and or if the new people coming into power will reverse the bill which has overwhelming support from both Democrat and Republican sides. Throughout the rest of the country of third party candidates are allowed to run but not receiving much public press but people throughout the country still think having a third option would certainly help stop polarization which is a reason that the moderates in Pennsylvania even voted for the bill in the first place.
