Governor Mike DeWine is right at the center of this corruption, but likely will walk free as charging him now could have negative consequences for the Republican Party at the ballot box in November. This is especially true now that DeWine has endorsed Vivek Ramaswamy. Unfortunately this is a recurring theme for RINOs like DeWine: they always find a way to “suck up” to the party when it benefits them or when they need to get out of trouble.
