“KINDER TEACHER AKO” hindi Kinder teacher lang.

I am PROUD and grateful to be a KINDER TEACHER. (Kung pwede nga lang hanggang 60 years old sa kinder lang ako 🤣)

One of the most fulfilling experiences is spending time with children because you can watch their growth both academically and socially, and YOU have a significant impact on their growth.

Hindi biro ang magturo sa mga kinder learners, 100x mong maririnig ang “teacher, teacher!” sa isang araw, uulitin lang nila ang instruction na sasabihin mo, unli bawal kahit sa oras ng discussion o oras ng kantahan, from Barney to T-Rex real quick si teacher 🤣 mag-oopen ka ng biscuits sa 35 mong pupils during recess, magtatali ka ng sintas ng sapatos kahit sa kalagitnaan ng discussion, nandyan pa yung kumakain ka may magsasabi ng “teacher, cr, poopoo po ako”, nandyan din yung magsusuka habang nagkaklase, nag-aaway habang nagko-color, magsusumbong dahil hindi bati ng katabi, may iiyak na lang bigla dahil namimiss ang mommy niya, at marami pang iba (take note: pwede mangyari yan in one class/session, hindi naman araw-araw, 3 times a week lang ganyan 🤣😁)

Pero kahit gaano man kastress, kapagod at sobrang sakit sa ulo ang araw-araw na scenario at routine kasama ang mga kinder learners, isang “thank you, teacher” at “I love you, teacher” at “namiss kita, teacher” kapag nag leave ka ng isang araw, e mapapawi na lahat ng pagod. At kapag nakita mo na yung pupil mo na nung una hirap na hirap humawak ng lapis, after ilang weeks kayang kaya na ang pagsusulat at pagdo-drawing, yung pupil mo na umiiyak e masaya ng papasok sa classroom niyo, yung pupil mo na hindi nagsasalita at sobrang mahiyain e nakikisali na sa ibang classmates niya, at ang mga kinder learners kaagad bati ka na nila kahit na pinagalitan mo sila, sarap sa feeling! 🥰😁

This is the most rewarding job kung alam niyo lang, that is why gaano man kahirap, I can’t thank God enough for how grateful I am to be A KINDER TEACHER. 😊 (ibang usapan ang paperworks ah! Charooot!)
