God doesn't permit, He ordains! God works all things according to the counsel of His will. Or, as the NIV puts it, "Him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will." God does not merely permit pain, He planned it. All that comes to pass in our lives is according to the eternal plan of the all-wise, all-powerful and all-loving great God and our Father.

ALL PAIN IS SOVEREIGNLY ADMINISTERED:

Without an understanding of God's sovereignty over our pain, we cannot understand the meaning of our suffering. We must learn to think biblically. Your stability is related to the attitudes that you have. It is not related to your circumstances, it is related to how you think.

🌟 **Seeking a Partner on Your Own Terms: Unwise and Unbiblical** 🌟

When it comes to finding a life partner, taking matters into your own hands isn't just unwise; it's unbiblical. The Bible provides us with clear guidance on trusting God’s timing and wisdom rather than our own understanding.

Consider Adam in Genesis 2:21-22: "So the LORD God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, He took one of the man's ribs and then closed up the place with flesh. Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib He had taken out of the man, and He brought her to the man." Adam didn't search for a partner; he trusted God, who created and brought Eve to him.

Similarly, Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight." Seeking a partner should be no different. We should lean on God’s understanding, not our own desires and plans.

Let’s also look at Abraham's servant in Genesis 24, who sought God’s guidance to find a wife for Isaac. He prayed, "O LORD, God of my master Abraham, give me success today" (Genesis 24:12). God answered by bringing Rebekah to Isaac. The servant’s reliance on God led to a blessed union.

So, instead of rushing and relying on our efforts, let’s rest in God's promises and timing. Trust that He is preparing the right person for you, just as He did for Adam and Isaac. Remember, "The heart of man plans his way, but the LORD establishes his steps" (Proverbs 16:9).
