Thelma Lou (Betty Lynn) was engaged 3 times to an attorney but never got married. She lived most of her adult life in West Hollywood, but her home was burglarized twice and she didn’t feel safe there anymore. She had visited Mt. Airy, North Carolina for a couple of Mayberry Days conventions and decided to relocate there in 2006. She’ll be 95 on August 29th and she’s still the cats!
