🤶 Butterscotch peanut clusters, rounded out the peppermint bark and made a few hot cocoa bombs for my 3 favorite kiddos today. Starting to feel like Mrs. Claus ... if only I had a few elves 🤣

And so it begins 🎄 21 dozen ritz cookies + 4 dozen peppermint bark to kick off my annual Christmas cookie project for our local veterans shelter.

This year's goal, 💪 muscle out 150 dozen (12 different recipes) in 5 days 😬 wish me luck.

Who we thought was Reba turned out to be Roberto and now he needs a new home. Totally FREE - we would just rather see him go to a good home and be able to be the manly man he is, instead of chicken soup.

At the present he's quite a sweet boy, 5 months old, and definitely has an interest in the ladies so if you're looking for fertilized eggs this handsome fella is for you. DM if you want him.

I think I may have created another canning addict 🤣 oh and for those counting this brings the total to 3.75 gallons 😲

It's no secret that is just about the only way Mike will eat veggies🤦

At least I can control the ingredients - & - our first 2.5 GALLONS are made and in the pantry!

How much salsa does one family need you ask? Well 5 gallons is the goal 🤣 (that sounds so ridiculous) ! Let's see if he can eat it all before this time next year, I'll keep you posted.

Hard to believe that a plant that has fed and healed humans for thousands of years is now considered by most to be nothing more than a lowly w**d that should be eliminated 😞. Time has not been kind to the .

By keeping things here on The Parcell, the dandelion blooms are just one way we're working in harmony with mother nature. And welcoming these critical means our and should prove to be abundant once again this year.
