His musical journey started as a guitar player but he slowly gravitated towards the more technical side of music making, as well as alternative culture and eventually the local club scene.
Past releases include EP’s in well known labels such as Coincidence Records, Bunk3r, Assassin Soldier, and countless tracks have made it into highly regarded VA releases, including Arjun Vagale’s Asymetrik 004.
Over the last 2 years he’s been playing fast paced techno on a modular system built especially for that job, at some of the most important clubs clubs in his home country.

That’s how J.Blofeld describes his own music. The musician, DJ and producer, who has his roots in the underground techno scene of Mannheim, loves the vibes techno generates in himself. In his tracks he captures these vibes and he takes you on a journey in to his feel- good atmosphere.
The melodic parts in his music are inspired by his musician skills. He started playing guitar in a very young age and it definitely has an influence on his music

dc11 is a French 🇫🇷 producer based in Paris, focusing on modular synthesis as a tool to make deep, organic techno based on repetition and micro movements. I only started making music out of nowhere in my mid 20s thinking I might do ambient soundscapes, then had the idea to visit an exhibition on modular synths... and here we are. My influences range from the repetitiveness of krautrock to the heavy texture of stoner rock via the techno minimalism of Mike Parker. Modular synths really strike a chord with me as the allow me stumble upon ideas, refine micro loops and build texture.
