My Story
Hello, I am Olga, busy wife and mom of two active toddlers, full time Healthcare IT professional, and small business owner. I am creative, imaginative and thrifty. I love cooking, hosting themed parties, watch DIY videos, learn how things work, and share my knowledge with others.
My story of becoming a crafter began with my love of hosting parties. I decided to learn how to make my own decorations. Overtime I acquired in depth technical knowledge of many free tools available to everyone. I decided to take my creations and knowledge to the next level, and thus MakerofBeauty was born.
MakerofBeauty is a venture that marries my love for décor, DYI, technology and teaching. It is here to provide affordable classes that utilize open source and/or free software that teach you how to create beautiful decor to beautify events and create wonderful moments. I also offer paper flower templates, along with videos, that teach you how to make beautiful flowers.
