Reimagined Filipino Heritage Cafe Maria

Our annual Christmas Dinner needs a special place and finally we had our Filipino dinner 🫰

Cafe Maria is the newest Restaurant in the City of Dumaguete.
They are located in 📍Fatima Village Road, Piapi Dumaguete City
opens Tuesday to Sunday 11am - 9am and you can call for reservations as early as 9am.

📍Cafe Maria at Casa Paquita

Yesterday, I was sharing the Structure of the Casa that has been restored to how it was in the 20th Century now let me share to you the pleasing taste of Cafe Maria.

One thing that I enjoyed when ordering are the names of each course that are very Bisaya and Filipino. It’s a conversation around the table and sharing your thoughts comparing how they are served at our own homes.

Cafe Maria at Casa Paquita
The most recent heritage house converted into a Cafe and Museum in the City of Gentle People.

📍Fatima Village, Piapi, Dumaguete City
🕰️ Hours of Operation: 11am - 9pm

Opened last December 12th, The house was actually built and situated in Pinili St., Dumaguete and now it moved to it’s new location.

Part of the house is made into a restaurant named Café Maria and soon the rest of house will be a museum showcasing how an old house in Dumaguete looks like as per Sir Ian Casocot’s blog
