The Banana is sitting nicely now that the coilovers are installed. This is how it sat with no adjustments, straight out of the box, and the height didn't really change post-alignment.

The first phase of upgrades to The Banana are complete, and today, Blazing Yellow 2002 Special Edition #2426 made its first appearance in public.

The Banana phase 1 is complete and it's ready for some fun roads! It's now been corner balanced and the height didn't change much from where the factory sets them. I also snuck in a shift k**b and blue-tinted convex mirrors

In November 2024, the Banana had a very worn 204k mile suspension. Since then I have replaced all the bushings with polyurethane, repainted the control arms, installed Tecna Sport coilovers, Racing Beat front sway bar, Supermiata end links, new ball joints, tie rods, and swaybar stabilizer blocks. I am having it corner balanced in a few days, I can't wait to experience the difference for the first time!

The suspension on the Banana is almost done, and it is already driving like a completely different car. I should have it ready to go on drives by this weekend.

The Banana is coming along great.. out looking nice in the sun, after we finished replacing all of the suspension bushings with polyurethane, new tie rods, and ball joints. Did a quick and dirty rattle can paint job on the control arms.. feels a lot more solid. Coilovers should be arriving any day now.. Supermiata Tecna Sport. Can't wait!! This car is gonna be super fun!

My first NC was a Copper Red Mica 2010 GT PRHT 6-speed, with Premium, Suspension and Appearance packages. This, IMHO, is the ultimate option package for the NC2.
